Jeremy has been off for a few days and we've really been trying to enjoy the warm weather while it's here. We got a couple of Subway sandwhiches and headed up the river for a picnik. It was a beautiful day, just a little breezy. Earlier that morning, we took Dallan to storytime at the library. He made a little bird feeder from a CD, peanut butter, and bird seed. There were a ton of birds flying around, so I thought I'd get it out and see if they would eat off it. After a minute or two, we became friends with this chipmunk. Dallan loved watching it pack all the seeds in it's mouth and lick the peanut butter off it's paws. After our little picnik we took about 15 minutes and let Dallan play in the little stream.

Megan, thanks for the comment on my blog. You totally made my day. I was cracking up about the stop light thing....it's really a wonder we survived High School unscathed-especially with me at the wheel. I hope my driving has improved some since then...haha! I miss you so much too and yes we most definately need to get together when we come home next time, I would love that. We will be home over Thanksgiving for a couple days and we'll be home for a little over week at Christmas, so we'll have to figure out the best time to do something.
