another month gone by... sad.

Our Paisley is growing like a little weed. As soon as she learns one thing she moves on to another. She just won't stop learning. I wonder where my 6 lb. quiet, sleepy, snuggly baby went...

As sad as it is that the time goes so fast, I absolutely love this girl (and so does daddy and brother). She has learned how to wave bye bye. She says "mama." (which I love). She's walking around furniture, has gotten her first tooth, and LOVES to play peek-a-boo with Dallan. He is honestly the only one that can make her full-out laugh. The rest of us get a little giggle here and there, but nothing that even compares to the way she laughs at Dallan. It is just precious to see them play together. Paisley has mastered going up the stairs and she gets so excited she can harldy contain herself as she goes up them. We need to work on the "going down" part. She's made it down the stairs twice by herself, but both times ended with a big THUD. Not fun. Paisley is now done nursing and is on whole milk. I nursed Dallan for 3 months and thought that was plenty. I just did not think it was quite for me to feed a baby longer than that, and really after the first week with Paisley, I didn't think I'd make it more than a couple weeks. Well those weeks turned into months and I really enjoyed nursing my baby. I decided to quit because she just doesn't sleep well and I think it's because she just wants to snack all night. This is quite a challenge getting up at night to make a bottle (I know, poor me right?) I may have nursed her too long though... everyone that knows me, knows that I love chocolate. Well this love has passed on to my baby. She definately has a sweet tooth. Well enough blabbing... here's sister's 9 month stats:

Weight: 19 lbs. 8.5 oz. 70%

Length: 28 1/4 inches 75%
