Paisley's Blessing Day & A Wonderful Mother's Day

Paisley was blessed by her sweet daddy today! He gave her the most beautiful blessing. I couldn't ask for a better way to celebrate Mother's day than to see my precious little girl wrapped in her daddy's arms and surrounded by some of the greatest men in my life. There was a special spirit that day, that I pray I will never forget. Paisley- you have a big brother that just adores you. He is so proud to have you as his little sister and just loves to show you off.
Banks Family
Oh my goodness, we were so grateful the Banks could come down for the day. They certainly suprised us and we couldn't feel more blessed. Jeremy baptized Lou on his mission and was able to stand in for thier little boy as their family was sealed in the temple. We are overwhelmed by their love and hope they know how much we care for them. Dallan had so much fun running around with Bryan and Kara.
Thank you, thank you for coming and enduring the Evanston wind! We will definately have to get together more often. We love you guys!

Like I said I couldn't have had a better Mother's Day. For once we were able to spend it with both my mom and Jeremy's mom. I just cannot express enough how blessed I feel for the most wonderful mothers in my life.

First, my very own mother. The emotions are very strong as I feel more grateful than ever for my mom this year. I thank my Father in Heaven for allowing me to have more time with her, but mostly that my little kids have more time to know their grandma. Paisley looked beautiful for her blessing thanks to my sweet mom who bought the dress, shoes and made the most beautiful blanket. I know that blanket was made with special love as it traveled with my mom to many chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Thank you mom. You are such a blessing in my life and I love you so much.
My other mother - I truly have the greatest mother-in-law. She is so caring and has always treated me as one of her own. I am so grateful to her for giving me her boy to marry for all time and eternity. I hope I can raise my sweet Dallan the way she raised Jeremy. If I can do that, I will know I was a successful mother! Everyone that knows Jeremy, know he must have a wonderful mother. She is an amazing woman and a great example to me.

Last, my sisters. They are the best mommies in the world. I learn so much from them and how they teach their kids. They are my very best friends and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them. I love you guys! I cannot thank you enough for all your help for Paisley's blessing. I know I can always count on you two if I need anything at all. I pray I am half the sister and mom that you two are.

Megan that was such a sweet post. You are a doll, and I am sure that you are every bit a great mother as those you look up to. Paisley and Dallin are darling, and she looked beautiful on her blessing day. Oh, and Happy Anniversary!
